I believe the first one with Samsung Sam is Pirata3 The second one looks familiar but I cannot remember.

EDIT: After immediate research I've found the artist to the second one

Both are top notch. Pirata3 does a ton of tickle fetish drawings

I want to say Einom does commissions and but isn't really a fetish artist per say.

Had not heard of Einom before, but that is one hot soles picture, so I had to look him up, and yeah, turns out his art is pretty amazing
