Why can't us users RATE the clips that WE BUY???

Possibly is just an unrest I have, but looking into the clips i've bought for the last couple of years, I'd say that even though many impressed me, a big chunk of them are really underwhelming (to say it diplomatically). I think that it WOULD BE FAIR for us customers to be able to rate the clips on C4S.

And even though I know, people's perspectives might vary according to individual tastes, expectations and preferences, there should be a way to know if a clip is good or bad.

Are there any plans to add some kind rating system for customers??? Do you think it should be?? Why yes or why not??

Thx!

I agree with this. I typically look at Top sellers, but that isnt always the best way to measure. Popular producers sell a lot of the top clips, but I've found some that were pretty good, despite not being in the top 10 slots.

Because then the real crappy stuff (which is about 90% of today's offering in my opinion) that tries to suck you in with 10 - 30 sec preview edits that look good or pics and descriptions that look good will lose business.

Also most of the top sellers will no longer be top sellers lol You all know i'm right :)

I really like and appreciate both of your replies... I mean, I really think there are some "abusive" content antics and conducts against customers by very well known producers AND MODELS who actually own or represent many of these studios; fake or overdramatized content or quantity over quality kind of studios. And my feeling is that those are setting the tone and commercial narrative on outlets such as C4s, isnt it?... very few room for honest, originality and consistency minded producers. At the end NO room at all for feedback, complaints, or calls from us the customers. Now all the new amateur models and studios having their own stuff on Only Fans or Patreon or whatever is another debate... But true fact is that talking content and its context is growing increasingly harder or it is some kind of taboo because "questioning adult content is a non-go" just because it is part of the or complex porn or fantasy context and narrative, where you may argue "no morality to discuss over content", but i am really annoyed and fed up by not being able to buy something transparent or true.

I really feel, a honest and transparent "clip and studio rate & review" sections on C4S could make me (and others) get what i'm looking for, maybe buy more, maybe avoid going to evil sites, but ultimately might avoid me start calling individuals or studios out for being fake asses.

It all comes down to values, both human and branding values. So it will be interesting to see what does the adult entertainment content outlets such as... stand for.

As a producer and tickle fetishist I would really love that! I can't even count the really crappy clips I have seen that looked great in the preview or sounded awesome in the description. Sad as it is when I spot my videos on pirating sites, which almost all offer a comment section for clips and at least a thumbs up/down response, my videos seem to be quite ok, ranging 70%-95% positive and some top sellers do not get these results. But as already said this would probably cause the sales, overall, to decrease, leading to a reduction in profit for C4S.

I think an argument could be made that it would increase sales because it would help people find content that pleases them, making them more likely to return.

I mean, if a giant like Amazon is doing it, it's got to be for a reason right?

I really appreciate your take on this. I believe that if your productions are consistent, your product reviews will be good. And that would lead to better sales. Take a look on google annual reports on online shopping. More than 50% of sales are driven by reviews, recommendations and rates. and 90% of roasted-by-users and destroyed products, actually needed to be re-assessed, upgraded, or taken out.

But, I think smaller studios would really benefit from this sort of actions.

Totally agree Jeff...

I've worked all my life in the Branding and Marketing world, and I should say that if theres the possibility (from a business perspective) to engage somehow with the audience Point of Views, Opinions and Demands, and to make them public and transparent (as harsh as they could be), it would only increase the sales when there are likeminded individuals and products competing in quality context fields. Bc in a subconscious level, social dynamics and the "belonging" feeling in a community is one of the biggest differentiator in digital business P2P, but the biggest one in Community business outlets.

Yes, many studios will crumble, but others will rise in a much more "democratic" and quality driven fashion. And all negative factors will be minimized. For example, IMdb and RottenTomatoes have not only contributed the Film and TV industry exponentially by introducing a public and "transparent" RATE & REVIEW system, but also they've become the multimillion dollar companies they are now that host thousands of different sorts of communities themselves only by making their business community driven. Not to mention that communities have really increased quality in several production houses.

Now, i am ready to roast and bury few fake studios who really take us for granted (if a rate & review system becomes available), but also I'm ready to recognize the clips or stores that have really delivered and ticked multiple boxes, which I'm sure don't receive the proper exposure. And really just being able to help some others to support whoever deserves it. Because i really felt rapped every time i bought a clip of certain stores hosting certain models that again, just take us for granted. It doesn't matter if it was 4.99 or 29.99, they are just ready to f**k you.

NOW, obviously in this kind of business it's important to make these rate & review comment tickets available only to the purchases. Bc I truly believe that crap studios would hire someone to rate & review positive things on each one of their clips. But again, all business fall to branding values.

IDK, some say silence is a virtue, but at the end I honestly think that C4S silence in these topics mean that they really don't give a damn about customer's feedback or feelings.
