The lack of a PM ability in the room has been a serious hobble to it (It turned out that PM's were part of the free promo package, but once you bought it they were an additional unit that cost more)
The fact that the flash ads that we have to accept under the room are not vetted by any one, and often contain malicious hacking scripts and I-frames is a serious security issue that we only found out about once we were off the preview ad cycle.
The audio and visual functions were removed last week by the company as they took those to pay levels (In short we'd need to pay for audio and visual mods to get those functions back)
The flash coding is sloppy and 'leaks' over time and slowly eats up a lot of memory even on high end machines. And it won't run on others at all.
These factors when added together tended to drive folks back to the Digi-Chat room, which while it has issues, has proven to be at its heart a very good chat room, that lets people do the things in a chat they want without hassles.
We keep the A/V room about as an emergency back up for when Digi has problems.
