This has bugged me for a while. Every once in a while I'll click on a story and when it comes up, it's like a page and a half wide! What causes this? It's so annoying! If you shrink the page down enough so it's all on one page, it's so small you can barely read it. Is there an easy way to fix it? Thanks.

Are you able to reproduce it? Are there any particular stories that this happens to? If there is one thread which does this all the time that you can link to, perhaps I can find the offending element in the thread.

What can cause this is if people string together a lot of letters into what the page thinks is a single word, like if someone types hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha and it goes on for longer than your page width without a break.
The browser doesn't know where to give a line break so it stretches it out instead. Is that what you're seeing maybe?
