Yes Bob I do.
I will tie her face down on the bed with a pair of shoes on and start tickling her.
If she loses her shoes I can have what ever kind of happy ending I want, if she keeps them on she gets what she wants.
Sometimes I will put some very sheer RHT nylons on her and her shoes almost fall off with her just laying there.
If I am feeling charitable I will also tie her face up and do the same thing.
So far the score is me a whole bunch, her 0.
I do make sure she has multiple happy endings so she will continue to play.
