Wishing to know more about an artist.

I have seen this picture I don't know how many times, I really enjoy it. However, I know there are other pictures done by the same artist. I was wandering if someone show me where to find more of this artists art. I seem to recall a thread about it, but I can't find it any more.

I think you give me far more credit than I deserve. I'm a very casual fan of japanese art. I much prefer western art. I don't know who the artist is, but I do have a large collection of what looks like serialized stories of one pieces. I have about 60 of them. I'm quite certain several are missing and several are out of order as they were obtained on various websites over the years. Some you can kind of tell belong in one story, while others its anyone's guess. Attached is the first story(and even those are suspect as to their order)
