Hello, blog! I missed you. :
Let's see...today, all I did was study for my math final, which I'll be taking in class tomorrow and we talked about Hold That Co-Ed in Film class. We also talked about the history of black-and-white film and it's really interesting that people liked B&W because the newsreels were in black-and-white and because it was the new look after the silent film era. I never knew film history could be so frickin' fascinating.
Although...should I be offended when my Film professor said this about the character of Lizzie in Hold That Co-Ed: "they didn't make her out to be some sort of truck-drivin', flannel-wearin'...dyke". I don't know...the word dyke just took me off-guard. But I shouldn't be too sensitive about that because his whole point was that Lizzie was still tomboy while looking feminine and girlish. And he's a nice guy too, so I don't think that even thought about the possibility of a lesbian being part of his listening audience.
Now I have to read "The Interpreter of Maladies" for class discussion tomorrow. I sooooo don't wanna.
And the video of the now will be the epic, the awesome, the CLASSIC "Bohemian Rhapsody" music video by Queen:

I first saw this video about 5 years ago back in 8th grade for my Arts&Humanities class. I didn't appreciate it as much then as I do now. It's pretty amazing to think that Freddie Mercury was a queer man, as well. So was David Bowie. lol XD
And before you go, have a taste of the supreme all-mighty hawtness that is Alessandra Ambrosio
Off to read now...
