I'm sorry to hear about your back.....let me give you some important tips that might help with your back problems:
1. Stage Diving - if you'd stop doing it, you might not have back problems....might I recommend yelling "WOOHOO!!" instead
2. Professional Wrestling - you're not a 21 year old roided out youngster anymore.....it's time to put away the Hulk Hogan gear and save yourself some pain and suffering....
3. Body slamming random Canadians...or residents of Cleveland - again, no matter how mnuch you think they might deserve it, it's not doing your back any good......Leafstk would be greatly appreciative too....
I know they may sound nit-picky and no fun but your back will thank you for it........
