This may sound weird, but when I get my shoes shined. I'm ticklish right through the leather. Depending on the aggressiveness of the shoeshine guy, it's all I can do to keep from squirming and laughing out loud. I find myself biting my tongue the whole time.

I've gotten the best reaction with sliding my tongue between the toes and dragging my teeth along the sides of the feet and the heels. Squirming and screaming often happens just by nibbling the big toe.
