Regular laws should apply only to ''regular'' people. Although 18 years old, this guy clearly has the mental age of someone much younger. It was terrible what happened to the child, but the sentence seems harsh enough to be considered its own crime.

Wow where did all the hate come from? To be honest, if you are a member of this forum then you are something of a hypocrite to attack other peoples life styles like this. If you got a problem with them, then fine; just ignore them.

^ Not necessarily. The overlap might not be the direct cause as such, but it's highly likely that it contributes to our unordinary psychological development. For example, someone who enjoys feet will move on to enjoying tickling feet, and then to tickling in general. It build up like that. Hm...

Personally I'm new to this kind of thing (this is my first post even) and have only just turned 18. Perhaps I'll go one day, but I'd like to be more familiar with the general tickling community first. I also share the same concerns and questions as quesecotil, really.
