Because people lie, have a spot that hasnt been tickled yet, are hiding the fact that they are ticklish hoping for someone to call them on it....etc.....

According to her instagram, she had broke her forearm and they tied her up so they could hide cast. The tickling was adlibbed or maybe they secretly wanted to tickle her and used the brok arm as a excuse.
