In order for a lee to feel safe...she needs to be in control. When it comes to tickling..especially bondage...safety comes first and that is the truth. The lee pretty much calls the shots...if the lee is uncomfortable..any RESPECTABLE ler will do the right thing and meet everyone of the lee's...
