  • Nah. Last time I made a big deal about it, things fell apart rather quickly. This time I'm keeping my trap shut and praying for a good outcome. 😛
Yeah, work does tend to cloud forum usage a bit. Necessary though, I reckon. Glad to hear you're doing well.

Ha! Angel is baddass in general. 🙂 No problem on the PM, man. I understand interwebz kaputness and hate when that happens. Better luck next time. 😀

oh mi gawd! I fucking love it.

    Must. Continue. Adding.

Ohhh man. You have been missing out on a treat.

In Tales From the Middle of Nowhere, Noel Gallagher blogs about his life and doings. I've enjoyed every entry so far. here's a link http://www.oasisinet.com/Diary.aspx

    you will have to join.

oh, and for some reason i think Noel refers to himself as General Disarray?? (gd). i'm not sure if this is a reference to the character in south park??
i think liam is a lazy singer these days and his voice can sound shot to hell on stage. saying that, his vocals on i'm outta time are simply breathtaking (for me).

I did have an opportunity to see oasis in machester a couple of weeks ago, but passed on it. I hope to see them at the v festival this august though. I would be very disappointed if I can't get tickets for either stafford or chelmsford.

we're a loyal bunch of fans i think. how did you get into their music and do you read the tales from the middle of nowhere? it gives a great insight into what it must be like to be in their shoes.
dbtt was a disappointment for me when i first bought it.

lyla never really got going (was the first song i heard) and the whole album seemed monotonous.

but over time i have grown to love it.

and of course, any song live is an awesome experience

heathen was the first oasis album i bought (i never really bought albums before that time). so its always very special for me and the adrenaline of the first two albums can never be recreated.
    The soundtrack to my youth.

I just hope they have a few more good albums in them. Dig out your soul carried some mega songs and they must have one of the best back-catalogues in British music history - Definitely Maybe, What's the story, Heathen chemistry, be here now, dont believe the truth, the masterplan, standing on the shoulder of giants, dont stop the clocks, familiar to millions.

I had intended to list two of three albums, but they're all mega. 🙂
