One idea for "handicapping" stronger opponents in a tickle fight would be for the stronger person to perform some sort of repetitive arm building exercise, such as pushups, to the point of muscle failure. Then have the tickle fight immediately!

Not quite sure how to answer this because "best" can be interpreted so many ways. For instance, the job where I learned the most was my first tech support field technician job . . . but that wasn't the most fun.
