Simone Swink has an article in Volume 3, issue 1 of Mental Floss Magazine that some of you might find an interesting read. It has to do with Easter Island and the ecological disaster that ruined the civilization there. Just thought I'd pass it along.

Never heard of Mental Floss Magazine...

...never seen it on any news stand or anything. Is it an e-zine? I guess if it was, you'd have put a link to it in here. Where do you get it?

Although they do have a web site, I am one of those cantankerous people who prefers the physical magazine to the virtual one. 😉

I picked up my first one in a Borders bookstore, and liked it so much that I got it as a subscription. It comes out bi-monthly (once every two months, that is, not twice a month) and has a rather quirky flair to it.
