The tickler in the first picture appear to be none other that Taruruto from Magical Taruruto Kun by Tatsuya Egawa (you may know him from Golden Boy)! I love this artist, to bad I've never been able to find a website or an archive of his works... Also, picture related :D :::HDS EDIT|Image...
