It's just a monster tickling the girl.

All the girls are from the really popular (in Japan anyway) Dragon Quest RPG franchise. It's likely something from the demon class. A lot of them look like little children yet still talk about eating human flesh and what not.

The tickler in the first picture appear to be none other that Taruruto from Magical Taruruto Kun by Tatsuya Egawa (you may know him from Golden Boy)!
I love this artist, to bad I've never been able to find a website or an archive of his works...
