I tried to find more for a long time and eventually traced everything back to this site. There were a lot more pictures in the original gallery, but the site owner had to delete them. I would really like to see them too, if Max is among us :)

This picture comes from a set in the image stories section of ticklehell.com. The first picture in the series is called "tk168001b.JPG", and there are around 40 pictures. If you're a fan of the fmconcepts models it's worth getting a subscription - there are around 70 pages worth of galleries...

I thought this was the infamous "Don't Laugh" one too. Unfortunately, a few years ago I bought some minutes but the site said this movie was "unavailable". Might be worth checking out whether that's still the case if you're only after this particular scene.

That scene is from a movie called "The Punishment of Red Riding Hood".

It was on their old streaming site, I don't think it is purchasable any more as the site now no longer exists (perhaps they'll re-upload to the new fmconcepts?). The story is she is in trouble with her boss for showing off her feet in the office, and must display them as punishment.
