Looking for an old tickle clip/video

I'm looking for an old clip that used to be floating around. It has to be from the eighties at the earliest. I can't remember the company who made it but there was a 'Lee in the video who I thought might be Jessica Parton. Anyway the scene is a mistress walks into the bedroom to find 2 girls passed out from what she thinks is due to drinking. Both 'lees are wearing nothing but their panties. The mistress ties them both to the bed,arms over their heads,feet tied by the ankles and tickles them all over with a feather. As I said I thought one 'Lee sounded like jJessica Parton(dark brown hair) and the other 'Lee had blondish hair. The clip used yo have something about peril in the title. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
