My item is only early nineteen hundreds and more well known. Not quite as old as some of yours. Nevertheless, the process of making certain things is changing in the states, as well. It's an unfortunate happenstance that goes to show convenience wins out over quality in modern times.

My collection runs a gambit, if I'm honest. It's mainly books and a few random oddities for now, since I lack space and funds, but anything with a history strikes my fancy, whether it's American in origins or otherwise. My current prized possession is just over a hundred years old, a second printing of The Phantom of the Opera, since books are my specialty where collecting is concerned.
