I'm so embarassed~I literally never sleep and I fell out of bed. How stupid is that? I have a rule~if you get injured, have a good story to go with it (I was once a promising athlete) and I broke my own rule! Who falls out of bed? Little kids and old people. Two weeks later and I still am dying.
