Hey there. Well, I probably didn't go about it the right way but I stayed in denial for a very long time. It was the only way for me to care for my mom and still keep some sort of normalcy in my head. I did have my nights where I would just cry my eyes out. I didn't really allow myself to lean on others because I felt like I was a burden to them but in hindsight, I wish I would have reached out sooner. Do you have close friends near you that you're able to talk to? I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time. I can definitely relate.....it's the hardest thing in the world.
