And yes, why can't we all just get along, dammit? XD Sometimes I think this whole war between Republicans and Democrats gets way out of hand, though liberal-minded I may be. =PI hear ya. I try very hard not to demonize right-wingers. Most of my friends in real life are conservatives, after all. 🙂 And I can respect where they're coming from on most issues. I think theyoungturks youtube channel summed it up perfectly when they said that though this bill isn't perfect, at least 32 million are gonna get health insurance. But yes, the premiums probably will get higher and the Democrats most likely will be blamed for it all.
But it's not like the US government is trying to take away our rights. I just can't understand why some people think that. 😕

I'm so sick and tired of everyone dissing on this bill. And you're right, it's not perfect. It still discriminates against domestic partners and those diagnosed with HIV, however. But this new bill means the 32 million people without insurance will get covered now and that's certainly something to celebrate, right? 😀 Sorry to actually talk about politics on your freakin' birthday, but I couldn't help myself. lol XD
