i would tickle "Z" from power rangers SPD and raven from teen titans
1. Velma from Scooby Doo--Love seeing "goody two shoe" nerdy girls get tickled. She's so smug brainy, and I always wanted to see her laugh hysterically and out of control.
2. Verma from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles--May not be as brainy as Velma, but still as "goody two shoe" nerdy.
3. Josie from Josie and the Pussycats--Even though Melody is sexier, Josie is too much of a "Girl Next Store", and needs to have a good out of control laughing fit.
4. Taffy from Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels--She is just so hot sexy!
