I run a fansite for Popeye and I get requests occassionally for clips of Olive getting tickled. 🙂 So that one coming up multiple times didn't surprise me at all. And yes, Bluto is one of Us. 🙂

And just for THAT, I choose...Bluto. 😀 We know he's ticklish, I just would have rather seen a chick getting to him than Popeye. 😉 (Which was just weird, and yet, brings up the possibility that Popeye, too, may be one of Us, meaning...that Olive's in big trouble - uh, unless Popeye prefers guys... hm.)

Just watching Bluto peel off that sole of Olive's shoe,showing off her size twelve or more foot bottoms.Takeing his finger and going up and down on that helpless,tender foot.All she can do is laugh, cant move it to stop the tickling.You gotta think that was the first time someone got access to those tootsies. I can't argue w/that Syella. That scene blew my mind when I was a kid. I don't think I had yet "dicovered" I had a tickling fetish yet , but I knew I liked feet. Well , when Olive finds herself dangling off a girder of a bridge by her foot , Bluto peels ...... yes PEELS ...... the sole of her shoe away. In fact , I think the "peeling" of the shoe-sole is part of the ......er .... um ..... appeal (no pun intended). And then he starts tickling & Olive goes nuts. And you're right that she can't move it away to stop the tickling. If she did , she would fall. I think the fact that there's no bondage yet her foot is TOTALLY helpless is another thing I like about this scene. She simply just has to take it. While Bluto is stroking her foot-bottom , Olive laughs like crazy & actually hits herself in the head numerous times to try & desensitize the tickling sensations. I LOVE IT! Well , needless to say , after watching that scene & getting that "special" feeling ..... I was definitely hooked onto tickling.
I also own the TicklingParadise vid where Henna plays the part of Olive (how could I not). She is very pretty , has wonderfully , amazing , ticklish feet & they do try to re-create the shoe-peel scene. However , I don't think anything can top the original ........ OLIVE OYL!!!

Anyways, there were these two detectives (the main characters) One was a blonde kid named Zach (who looked suspiciously like a grown up version of the same-named character from TMNT) and this Red-hairded FOX of a cartoon woman. THey were brother and sister, but I can't for the life of me remember the gals name, and I don't have any pics or can't find any on the net.

All I remember is that she was this young (18-25?) Red-haired hotty of a cartoon character...

The show you're thinkin of is "Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?" ("Where in the World" was the game show..and a computer game, too i think..I don't remember, the only Carmen game I played was "Where in Time" )

The girl's name was Ivy, and she was around 16 or 17, I think..she wasn't an adult. Zack was 14 . Carmen really needed to get tickle-tortured though...but that'd be kinda hard, considering how good she was at escaping anything. I remember once Zack tackled Carmen to the ground...would've been a good oppertunity for him to tickle her...but nope, all that happened was she managed to slip out of her trenchcoat and get away.

And why the hell haven't they made a live action movie based off that cartoon...that show was great (they at least shoulda had a Batman/Carmen crossover)

I don't care how old she was (like she's real)---she was pretty hot. But yes, Carmen should have got it too...

I remember one episdode they cornered her a a look-alike and both Carmen and the lookalike had one shoe off...

So the red head chick (Ivy), who had the shoe, threw it at one of the Carmen's and caught it left handed to prove which one was the real one... long story short: No tickling, but a BF scene.

Any pics of Ivy or Camen anybody? This has been racking my brain for quite some time now, sorry.

I was thinking about adding Robin last night when i thought about it but it was late. Anyway, i kind of like the idea of tickling Robin, the leader of the Teen Titans. He's so emotional. Can't you just picture the intense reactions while fingering his sides and soles??

Two others i'd add would be Inu Yasha for sure, just to hear him beg. And i'd say Miroku has definitely crossed the line enough to deserve a good giggle. How easy it would be to slip off those Medieval sandals and.... 😀
