Hey folks, JT here, in the aftermath of spending most of my night in a bar. There was this guy in the bar, movie buff like me, started talking to him. I've been on some benders in my life, but this guy just took the cake. He was going on about how Hollywood stole his idea for the movie I, Robot.

I was like "Okay" and then he brought up Tarantino and that got my attention. Pretty soon I brought up the movie HOSTEL.
And he goes: "Well you heard about the sequel right"?

JT: "What sequel"?

Man: "The second installment of Hostel, my friend".

JT: "Really, is it going to be a lot like the first".

Man: "That's what I hear, but it's supposed to be three women this time".

So, I started thinking. I know this is far fetched, and a real long shot at that. But wouldn't it be cool if one of the girls got tickled in the Hostel sequel. Obviously they are going to deal with more pain I bet, but it'd be nice if there was something different. Especially if Tarantino is in on it again, because that dude has a foot fetish like crazy. He's gotta be like,

Tarantino: "You need to show some more feet man, f###### toes getting sucked or something".

Eli Roth: What about tickling their feet, wouldn't that be considered torture".

Tarantino: F###### A Man, that's genius"!

Anybody else agree with me, would that not be cool?
 
That would be very cool, but the chances of it happening are extremely slim.
 
i know, brother, but wait until the day when some indie filmmaker buys one of my scripts. I have to throw some tickling in every one of them, and one actually has a tickle torture scene.

I read that originally, Sam Jackson was not even going to say his super sweet climactic line in Snakes on a Muthafuckin Plane... he did because bloggers and fans wrote in and personally requested it in force. We've done it before people. And by it, I mean, made a A list mainstream media outlet tickle women for all to see (read: Howard Stern). Imagine if we influenced a major Hollywood flic to feature even a few pokes. We'd be the most awesome fetish forum the world has even known. Are you thinking what I'm thinking?

That's exactly right Meth, that is what I'm driving at. By putting tickling in my scripts, I am advertising. If I can turn people onto tickling, and entertain all you great people here at TMF, then I can be asssured that TMF will be around for a looooong time. Hell, if I could make tickling movies with actual storylines, I'd be happy. The only problem is, I need a righteous producer.

Does anyone else want tickling in the next HOSTEL flick!
 
I'm pro closet; everyone has his/her dirty little secrets and it is a good thing the world does not know about it.

Same thing happend to say, BDSM. General public doesn't know shit about the whole thing and considers people who are into BDSM to be a bunch of drooling loonatics and sadists.

The less they know the less they can do about it.
 
Actually, that would be nice, but I kind of agree with Meph, better to keep some thing out of the public eye. There are too many people who think that tickling is weird, and they'll definitely react strangely. Stupid vanilla people.

And I'm not saying that I'm going to tell people about this forum, they can draw their own conclusions. If they see feet tickled and are turned on by it, they can do what I did and type in "tickling feet" on the internet. Cause that's how I found this place.

Yes, I think it would be wonderful if a sequel to "The Hostel" with 3 women had tickle torture in it. Quite wonderful.

Unless he was Isaac Asimov reincarnated, nobody stole that idea from him.
 
Being a horror geek, I'd have to say chances of tickling as a torture in the Hostel series is nil. It's a great fantasy, one I've had after seeing the movie, but it's a HORROR movie, and as much as we know how torturous tickling really is, people in general associate Hostel with things like dismemberment and guts being pulled out; in other words, fetishes that don't exist.

Though that would be a good scene in a movie, a guy going to a BSDM parlor liek Passive Arts and asking one of the ladies, "So, are you into dismemberment?"
 
I liked the blowtorch scene quite alot actually, but I was disappointed that it didn't contain the amount of gore featured in movies like Ichi the Killer and the likes.

Hostel was trying to give a more realistic approach to the violence, make it painful and personal. Over-the-top gore like in Ichi the Killer is just a spectacle, it's not disturbing in a personal way. (Now, this little offshoot of this thread is probably more appropriate in the non-tk part of the forums)
 
"Look, here's someone getting a drill shoved down their throat and their hands severed, and now here's someone getting tickled!" Doesn't really fit does it?
 
Okay, I feel like an idiot now because I think I gave you guys the impression that horror films aren't always about pain and gore, because they are. I know that the young ladies in Hostel 2 are going to be going through pain and suffering, and that's going to kill me to see that. Hell, the first one pained me because I saw two of my male brothers going through torture. But a woman, the most beautiful living creature on the planet, the only one that I can connect with and be passionite with, it's gonna be tough to see it.

Anyway, what if this happened. The first two go through pain and suffering, maybe even the blowtorch (ouch). Then at the very end, Lauren German, the lead actress for the sequel, becomes the attraction of a female torturer who is so turned on by her captive's smile and laugh. Then the only logical death seems to be TICKLE TORTURE. The audience is in shock, they've just seen two girls go through hell and the now they're down to the big dance number. That would shock the audience more than seeing Josh die instead of Paxton.

Alright, I've said enough, just wanted to share my fantasy with you guys.

I think the Hostel Sequel is only an example, inappropriate as it may be, for how fun tickling can be made more mainstream. Tickling is a great fetish because it's something that can be loved by one and all. Would anyone be interested in discussing how the tickling community can make tickling more mainstream through popular media? I think it's an interesting idea for a pet project.

Seriously, I don't see why there's a need to make the tickling fetish scene more "popular" or force it down people's throats. Most people are aware, however dimly, of tickling as a fetish for the simple fact that most people find tickling thrilling in some way (and by most I'd probably guess about 95% of people in civilised society), and a fair few people actually enjoy to some extent.

Also, Hostel 2 sounds like it's going to be one of those old Nazi Experiment Camp type films, a subtext of highly-sexualised violence committed against women purely to allow men some relief from the deep, dark desire to dominate and control females which they usually keep repressed (don't look at me like that, you know what I'm talking about 😀 ) presented as a legitimate "horror film". I don't want my fetish portrayed in a film like that. I don't want to be telling someone I have a tickling fetish and have them turn around and say "Oh, you mean like in that film, Hostel?" and then look at me like I'm Ted Bundy, meaning I then have to defend and explain myself in addition to reassuring this other person that although I'd like to tickle her I don't then want to hang her by her ankles and flay her with a potato peeler.
