Own a piece of tickling history - A private auction. Details inside.

Fellow TMF members. It brings me a great deal of pleasure to announce to you that somebody on this forum will soon own a couple pieces of tickling history. In coordination with Tom of Tickle Abuse, and with his recent unveiling of The Humbler and his new foot stocks. Tom has decided to auction off the infamous chair that helped build Tickle Abuse, and not only the chair, but the devious coffin as well. It was decided that they will be packaged together to the auction winner. Both the chair as well as the coffin will be sent as is (still constructed, including some wear and tear from all the tickle victims that have been held captive inside). The auction winner will also receive the following. A 5 minute personalized video with 2 models of their choice. In the video the girls will talk about their fondest memories in the tickle chair and/or the coffin, address YOU personally and thank you for your purchase, and at the very end have a tickle fight whilst saying your name. You will also receive a personalized, autographed photo from a model of your choice. You will also receive a ONE YEAR membership to tickleabuse.com. And last but certainly not least you will get a pair of your favorite models (worn) socks.

In order to place a bid, simply message me with your offer. If you have any questions, comments, or anything else related specifically to this auction then also feel free message me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. It is also important that you message me, and not Tom regarding the auction. Any messages or questions specifically for him regarding the auction I will relay in a quick and efficient manner.

The bids will be kept confidential and only known by myself and Tom. As it stands right now, we have no set time limit on the auction. Should someone bid a price that is deemed fair, then that person will instantly win and I will notify the other bidders that someone has won the auction, and the bidding is closed.

I wish you all the best of luck in owning a piece of not only Tickle Abuse history, but also two of the most notorious, easily recognizable, and most devious tickling devices in the entire tickling industry. No bid is too low, upon receiving any bid, I will respond and thank you for your bid, and let you know when and if you have been outbid.

Also, please know that upon bidding, you are disqualifying yourself from being able to use these devices in a public or for profit video. These are meant as collectors items and are not to be used in videos or by a producer for his or her company. The blueprints, drawings, and designs for the aforementioned devices are owned by Tom and this auction is intending that the winner shall use these devices for private use. Thank you.

I have a couple of thoughts,

1. How would this be shipped, and whom is responsible for the shipping charges. Or will it be included in the price.

2. No offense, but TA has been around for a couple of years, hardly a piece of tickling history in my opinion.
Now the "Laughing Stocks" from WorldWide Tickling, stuff MTP Jeff has used since the late 90's, The board that was used by Real Tickling, tables from Bleu Fetish.... that is history. I just can not get behind something from a couple of years ago being "Tickling History." Having been around the scene since 1990, I kind of get a different view of tickling history.

But the rest of the offer sounds great, I hope somebody gets some enjoyment out of a great, great package.

As far as calling it tickling history goes. I understand where you're coming from on that one. The way that I use the term in this instance means that most people have seen tickle abuse, thus know how many hundreds of girls have been in there, not to mention dozens of guys. I look at it like any other piece of memorabilia, something that may not have been around as long, but is certainly something most on here are familiar with. So the chair in itself has a lot of history, albeit in a shorter amount of time than some of the older companies.

A lot of the models (i.e. Brooke, Nikki, Nurse Lisa, Tasha, etc) have become fan favorites and most on these forums are familiar with them, and a lot of them own at least one video of the aforementioned girls being tickled. So I guess to some it's historic, others it may be less historic, and to some, not in the least.

I think it's a cool idea with one exception. I don't know about anyone else. But, I would have a problem bidding on something that I wasn't free to use as I saw fit. When ownrship is transferred I would consider all influence of the past owner to be done. Not that I'm planning to bid for it and then turn around and make videos with it. I'm just raising a question that came to mind and playing devil's advocate here.

I've never seen any of your videos. So, I don't know if your name is on the equipment. But, if not, I'm not sure you'd have any legal standing in stating limits to how it's used. Just something to consider before ownership is actually transferred if this is something you feel strongly about. If you haven't made sure of this, you might want to check. I'd hate for anyone to have friction with you should they win the auction and then decide down the road that they'd like to use it to make a video.

If the goal is to prevent current producers from buying for the specific purpose of using them in vids, you can probably just say that producers are disqualified from bidding. I believe you have that right.

I`d give a weeks pay for that chair.

Ann - First and foremost thank you for the response. And I actually completely agree with you in the legal sense. We wanted to make the bidding open to everyone, including producers. But just kind of put it out there in the open that if that's your intention, don't bid on it. No one wants to get lawyers involved. So there's the disclaimer on this page, and a much more technical one being sent with each bid and each message regarding this.
