If you don't know why there are too people who dislike one another, then commenting is rather pointless. Rude, too. Are you just as bad as him? Do you enjoy putting other people down as well? Sure seems like it......

I wasn't trying to be rude, and I don't know or care why he's on your ignore list, in regards to this particular thread I think your ever so slightly overreacting to a few posters' comments that don't matter at all, they just seem to be friendly elbow-jabs in the ribs to me, but you seem really upset by it. That's all I agree with him on.
 
Another aspect about me, as a person, is that I don't find humor in the mockery of other people. A lot of people do. I - as an Aspie - do not. I'm not sure why this is, but people with an ASD usually do not see mockery as a form of humor, and find it - rather - as a form of bullying. We usually perceive it as a mean/improper thing to do, so we mostly do not tolerate it.

So if you think I'm being a loon over all of this, don't. I'm just an Aspie, getting upset over condescending comments that otherwise do not strike my abnormal brain as funny......

Did you receive intervention for Asperger's? I never did. I lived my whole life, actually, lacking many, many friends and being put down because I didn't know how to communicate with people. For a decent percentage of my life, I was just ... mute ... because I didn't know how to say the "right" things that would keep people from jumping down my throat.

It's a matter of perception, for me. I don't perceive things the way NTs do, so it makes my life rather difficult.

I'm not sure how many times I have to say this, but I was not "playing the victim". I happened to see your post through someone else's quote, and I was upset from it because what you had said was a false assumption, and I felt the need to correct you.

Unfortunately, I don't think that correction I made is registering...

You're engaging in the exactly the same thing I am (albeit with far more personal attacks), but suddenly me and the rest of the posters are bad people because of it while you are just misunderstood. Asspergers is not an excuse.

Also, your last post just confirmed the point I was making.

I recently unblocked you so that I could prove MY point - not to "fight" with you. I had to block you before. You wouldn't leave me be. But now I've unblocked you because I see that you aren't going to give up the attack, so I guess I have no choice but to continue this with you? Or are you going to eventually finish and stop falsely accusing me? (I ask, but I get the feeling that you won't leave it alone. But that's just me.) :sarcasm:

I also went through and read what you posted, after I had unblocked you. Just so you know. Things change...

*sniff, sniff* Do I smell some sort of bias against Aspies? (By the way, I see the implication with the double "SS". If anyone should be receiving that insinuation, it should be you. You made the initial post, egging on the other people's mockery, so ... you're not innocent.)

Clearly, I DID block you. I made posts before this one where I put *laugh* and whatnot, and I did that out of not knowing what you had recently put. You also don't know me, so that's definite proof that your assumptions are false because had you known me, you would know that I usually get pretty upset over comments like yours. I don't stand too well with false accusations, so when I started seeing them, I responded.
