I can't get in. Ok so it proceeds normally, it spins and spins and spins....and I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Any ideas as to why?

I didn't know, I'm not a geek so I uninstalled and reinstalled Java but that did nothing more than give me the current version. I STILL can't get in.

Not only is the front door locked... but so is the back door
. I am sure that the powers that be are working on it. I just hate when it falls on weekends since trying to get tech support ( Digi-chat... not TMF ) is almost non-exsistant. But dont worrry folds.. we always have yahoo...
