No doubt I'm going to miss the old Freddy but I'm willing to give the new Freddy a chance. It looks Freddy will have a much darker side and not be as funny based on the latest trailer.

I almost didn't approve of this remake, but when I heard that the same guy who was playing Rorschach was going to play Freddy, I decided that it was ok. Cuz he kicked ass in Watchmen.

He sounds just like rorsarch(watchmen). I'll probably go see it cause i love horror movies. It just seems they are trying to take a old horror movie and bring it into todays modern world with laptops and webcams. If they wanted someone scary they should have used gary busey.

It might be a little difficult to find it (You might be able to prove its existence through Netflix.). The first time I saw it was when an old roommate picked it up used at a video store. We were looking for a cheesy horror flick, and this one DEFINITELY fit the bill! It was much better than the Killer Eye, which I tried to watch again, recently, to discover that my perspective has changed in the last ten years. THAT movie is more soft-core (tentacle/optic nerve?) porn than horror.
