For the person who asked about controlling feet.
Feet, thanks to the ankle have degrees of motion in just about every direction. Forward and back, left and right, turned inward and outward. There is no way to disable an ankle, so you can't strait up stop this degree of motion.
So all you can do is 'pin' the foot. You can use toe ties, but they are difficult to keep in place, and can be painful and dangerous if done poorly.
The foot can be pinned back by a tight 'U' Bar just under the ball, that is screwed into a backing surface. This works, but is clumsy to use, and also blocks part of the sole which annoys many viewers.
So there are few options. Tommy's toe tie equipment is amount the best in the industry, and well designed. And many of his other devices manage to cut one of the three degrees of motion. It doesn't get much better outside of body casts, and bolt down bondage.
