I think it's far more efficient to find girls you like and see if they are open to what you like. If they are....keep them by keeping them happy. If not..move on to the next.

I don't think too much about words like "fetish" but I am never shy to tell a guy I like, or am a date with, that I 'm very ticklish. The response is normally something like " I wish you hadn't told me that...." or something equally cute.

Ebony or not, a woman who doesn't like to be tickled will normally not joke about it. If you tickle her and she doesn't get upset with you and even tickles you on her own then there is a chance she has a tickle fetish.
