Agency Publishing 2nd Trivia Contest!

To further celebrate 10 years of our flagship comic book The Agencies, we are sponsoring a trivia contest based on the events in the series throughout the years. Our first trivia contest was a resounding success, and we are attaching the image that was customized for the winner of that contest. We would love to be able to further reward our fans with lovely prizes! This time around we're doing the contest a little differently. Instead of competing with each other, we will simply hand out rewards if you score a certain number right. You no longer have to be the best, you just have to be awesome!



So here are the rewards:

Those who score at least 16 correct answers are afforded the title of 'Controller.' Controllers will receive a free, advance copy of The Agencies #18 before it releases. Controllers will also receive $50 of free merchandise from our website www.the-agencies.com, to be redeemed within one week of award. Controllers will be invited to online, pre-production meetings for The Agencies 19-20, where they will be given the script and encouraged to discuss specific plot points, dialogue, direction, and how the action scenes should be set up and carried out.

Those who score 20 correct answers are afforded the honorary title of 'Agent.' These true masters will receive a free, advance copy of The Agencies #18 before it releases. Agents will also receive $100 of free merchandise from our website www.the-agencies.com, to be redeemed within one week of award. Agents will also receive a quarterly membership from our website www.tickletown.com. Agents will be invited to online, pre-production meetings for The Agencies 19-20, where they will be given the script and encouraged to discuss specific plot points, dialogue, direction, and how the action scenes should be set up and carried out. We will also ask our Agents to each design their own dream Agent for our comic book, complete with history, bio, powers, physical features, and of course, ticklish spots.

How do I enter the trivia contest?
Either PM me with the answers to the following questions, or send your response to [email protected]. Submissions will only be accepted until midnight PST on Sunday, July 22, 2012. After that time all answers will be revealed and all submissions will be rejected.

What do the questions cover?
The questions can cover anything related to The Agencies universe. This includes publications from either The Agencies or The Agencies: Frontiers, or any material found publicly on the www.the-agencies.com website.

How tough are these questions?
They're hard. Anyone gaining the title Controller or Agent will have earned it, the prizes, and our respect.

The contest isn't over yet, but I wanted to announce the winners in the original post. Congratulations to the winners (so far, you still have 3 hours), you guys are amazing!

I will be contacting each of you to redeem your prizes. We are giving away nearly $800 of prizes to the winners named in the first post, as well as inviting them to take part in a unique opportunity to shape this comic universe in way you just can't find anywhere else.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing 🙂

Revisiting old issues reminds me of themes I want to keep going or little asides I want to delve into deeper. The Agencies #18 actually has the return of The Vest from the trivia question above, and we see its first use in the series (through a flashback). Fun stuff. I will post more artwork on The Ruthless now.
