Liner Notes: In keeping with OktoberFest 2014 I kill two birds with one stone, by continuing my fetishzation of Disney Princesses (as per my request page) and deliver a classic monster; The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Frankly I prefer Victor Hugo's novel to the 1996 Disney diabetic candy crush. But if you really want a good feel for the story, I recommend 1997's film The Hunchback, starring Richard (Dumbledore) Harris as Claude Frollo, super schmexy feet Salma Hyek as Esmeralda, and Mandy Patinkin (Inigo Montoya 'you killed my father, prepare to die' Princess Bride fame) who does a heart-wrenching performance a the titular hunchback.
But in this, my twisted C.A.B. fetish-verse, the clever Dom Claude Frollo gets and keeps the upper hand, as well he would. You don't get to head up a major institution like the cathedral at Notre Dame being stupid; the church wielded awesome power and I doubt much would have gotten in his way. So here we see things as they should have been, Claude Frollo indulging his muse on the captive Esmeralda, with slack-jawed Quasimodo just happy to be able to join in the fun... probably sporting a second hunch as well.
