I couldn't ignore one of my favorite Universal Monsters for OktoberFetish! Not to mention my retro-crush on Julia Adams. Obviously something fishy is a'foot. 😉

I particularly like the group of characters looking on in this piece. They are hilarious and just spot on representation of a classic B movie cast of characters. What a wonderful treat!

Let me share a quick trip down memory lane with you...

I was roughly seven years old when The Creature from The Black Lagoon played one Saturday afternoon on television. My mom was doing laundry in the basement so I was alone in our apartment for a few minutes...

When I got my first glimpse of the creature I was so frightened I ran out of the apartment and down to the basement in a flash! LOL!

No joke. I saw the movie in a theater around age 10 and,.. for those days, the underwater feet scenes for Adams were about the best "submerged" foot fetish enticement one could find in film. Mind-boggling to an up-and-coming fourth grade deviant. Maybe that's what sealed my love for the sea. A most appropriate selection!
