Both scenes are back-to-back in the outtakes section of the DVD and are therefore real. 🙂
The first is a scene where Christopher Walken is giving Marcia Gay Harden a foot massage and in the bloopers, she cracks up as he works between her toes. You can hear him saying something, but it's hard to make out over her laughter. It goes on about 10 seconds or so.
The other scene is William H. Macy getting Walken's stomach while he's lying on the pavement. Macy's trying to deliver his lines straight and Walken keeps cracking up and trying to turn over. About the same length of time, more or less.
The movie itself is so-so, but has a few funny scenes. No tickling during the movie itself, but there's a closeup of Marcia Gay Harden's sole during the movie and the outtake mentioned above.
