Sharing a video that I enjoy. I watch it when feeling daunted about the current state of my own life and the world around me. It lifts and centers me; at least for a while. 🙂

No religion... a documentary about H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama and 10 questions an interviewer was permitted to ask.
