It's not anything personal against you, Eri, I wouldn't think...

...it's just that, well, there have been several documented incidents of men pretending to be women on this forum and, obviously, to get the most attention, they'd have to come across, well, just like you are. That being said, the only thing I would question about this thread is why any man would air those concerns out in the open toward you. I agree with those who have said that the best thing to do is say, "Hey, if she says she's female, she's female, simple as that." After all, no one's so far questioned my identity as a large, ugly, middle-aged man :lol

I'm glad I met you, Eri, I think you're awesome, sweet and very fun, and I pray you enjoy it here. Beware of the lecherous, a**holish types that will attempt to glom themselves onto you, and the rest will fall into place. There are plenty of true decent guys here, and all the more decent women, and I hope you make lots of friends and have plenty of fun. I, for one, find you to be really, really great, Eri, and thanks for being my amazing little buddy. 🙂

It's not really a tickle-FIGHT if you just stand there and take it, that's more along the lines of a tickle-MASSACRE. 🙂

All that aside, I don't really understand why your thread of all threads was hijacked. If someone thinks you're a guy, and he's not bi himself, then he should just avoid you.

Because if you're a guy and demented enough to impersonate someone else, you're potentially capable of hacking IPs and coming after anyone you think ratted you out. (I saw this on Criminal Minds.) And if you're a girl, then he just looks foolish for accusing you.

Still, I understand why this atmosphere exists.... recently a fellow came into chat room and congratulated me on treating him the same regardless of which profile he had, and he now had a list of "female" names that had ignored him as himself but had immediately pestered him for cyber when he was using a more androgynous handle.
