There's a 1960s-era Tina Louise transparency on EBay by photographer Peter Basch. She's looking very Ginger Grant in this and I like how you can see her empty high heel partly to the left side of the image.

This appears to be a part of a series and I don't think it was ever published, at least not in full, so I grabbed it before it is gone forever into a private collection. I imagine the actaul transparancy is much clearer.
