1980s Tickling

The two photos at far left in the first posting of this thread showing 'old guy' Al happens to be the very first tickling video I ever saw. At the time, I was married, in my early 30s and saw his ad in a Penthouse Variations magazine. Couldn't resist buying it although I was worried what my wife would say if she got to the mailed package after it came & opened it before I did. Well, of course she did & even though at the time I hadn't really confessed my tickling fetish to her by then, she had even already watched the vid by the time I got home from work. She was totally okay with it & even remarked that the tickler seemed like a "nice old man." Then I recall nervously watching anxiously, nervously waiting for that wonderful part where the guy removes the girl's pumps from her tanned feet & begins tickling her bare soles..... my pants suddenly got very tight around my crotch ..... that was an incredible sight for this tickle-starved 'fan' to see. I'm pretty sure my I played with my wife's bare feet later upstairs in the bedroom. Thanks for showing these photos, Oddjob. Can you please post a clip of this old video? Otherwise, what is the title? Maybe I could find it again somewhere.

I didn't start ordering stuff until the early 90's or so, and much of it was garbage, but I hold much love for tickling media from this bygone era. I still have a pile of old Lyndon bondage mags sitting in storage. I don't even know why at this point. I should probably undertake the monumental task of scanning them all off for posterity, but I just am not that diligent. Besides, Drew70 did a lovingly dedicated job of that in his special sub-forum of pictorial archives.

Just saw this post, missed it back 3 years ago!
The first time I ever saw anything tickling was from ad section of my friend's Penthouse mags. It was the video with the old guy that was posted on the first page. I tore out the page, knowing my friend would never know. 🙂 I was 19 and living with my parents in the early 90's so I could not buy the video!

Only twice did I have to check any tickling items out, one at the Admiral Theatre in Chicago (the main strip joint at the time) when I turned 21.
Me and my buddy were leaving and were checking out the mags and videos for sale. He had grabbed a couple of Hustlers and ask if I was going to get anything. I gathered all the courage in the world and went back to the shelf that I saw the Tied and Tickled mags, that was the first time I had ever seen Tickling items.

I went back to the shelf and my buddy checked out and was at the exit. I approached the counter and the guy didn't even blink, he gave me a total and through the mag into a thin and very transparent plastic bag! I had more issues with my friend wanting to see what I bought and I broke down and showed him.

The second time I wanted to buy something was at a porno shop. This was a few years after buy my first tickle mags and of course now I wanted the videos advertise at the end of the mags. I found the Tied and Tickled video with Tori Sinclair, I loved that woman back in the day.

I went to the counter where I think it was a cross-dressed guy or trans-gender guy was running the sale. He held the video in his hand and was reading the back, then looked at me and said, "You into this?". I said, "Yes", he smiled and just finished checking me out. Not a fun time, tough in the old days for buying tickle stuff. Thank god for the Internet! 🙂

Some old material is lost and you have had to have been there when it was out. Personally I do like older material from time to time and they are always prioritised whenever I want to expand my collection. The quality is often mediocre, but sometimes you'd stumble upon gems. I don't recall real tickling in videos from the '80s though but I do think Tied & Tickling #1 en #2 featured good scenes with Pia Sands. She wasn't really ticklish she claimed in an interview, but it looks real enough on video. Another video from the '80s features Julia Parton (who did later work for FM) from Platinum Videos called 'Body and Sole'. I only have an excerpt from that one, and while it's not really tickling that they do there, it's still very sexy.

About more recent, yet still old material. I think Calstar charges way too much for their videos on clips4sale. 50 bucks for an old digitalised VHS tape? Seriously? I usually only pay money for them on hotmovies.com and watch them as a stream. Way cheaper. Alas, some of their videos can only be bought on clips4sale, like 'Tickle Aerobics'. Decent clip, but not worth that much money IMO.

Things have become easier nowadays, though. Hiding your adult collection from other people is always a challenge and that was especially the case pre-hi-speed-internet

This is hilarious. It might have made you feel uncomfortable. I think I'd be too, but I think it just takes courage not to care about your sexual deviancies. That cross-dresser had/has to deal with far more prejudice than you'll ever do for instance.

Does anybody know where to find samples/whole issues of any mags by the folks responsible for the attached image? I used to have one of their rags with the cover missing, but it was really great how they did their tickling pictorials. They were shot from the eye-view of the tickler, as opposed to most tickling shoots, where the camera is focused on someone tickling someone else in the frame. Granted, they used models who looked like rough biker chicks, but I am willing to overlook some of their faults because I really REALLY liked the way they presented their stuff (in the one mag I had). I found this cover-shot on eBay, but they wanted like $30+ for the magazine, and I just cannot see spending that when I'm not really sure if it'll be anything like the one I issue I used to have.

That cover looks like HOM out of California from the 80s. I really should dust off my boxes from back then. I have at least a couple dozen mags from that era. I'll see what I can find and post some pics.

I used to buy those magazines in Dallas all the time, and it was a THRILL to see a new one on the stand! You couldn't WAIT to get home with it to see what gems it contained. More often than not, you would be rewarded with, what was then, the gold standard of the tickling world! Of course the Internet is MUCH better, what with videos as well as photos, of all different types of victims, and both young and older.

Yes, I did my buying in Dallas, too. Part of the thrill then was the hunt. Now days Google is awfully easy but lacks that charge of a pleasant surprise. Plus, back then, a 30 or 60 min video might come with 3-5 minutes of preview rather than 10 seconds.

I rented videos from a place called Eros. One time I check out a Tied and Tickled video and the woman at the counter looked at it, smiled, and said "You would.....!"
