I've seen this one many times, passing by on cable. I'll never forget the first time. I was at my best friend's house (this is the late 80s), arguing with his cousin about football. This movie was on. I caught the tickling scene, and my eyes damn near bugged out of my head. I interrupted my best friend's cousin, and asked, "what did you say the name of this movie was?"
