And screw it, I'll post my own predictions and analyzes into the pot as well, just like Snail Shell.

Women's Hockey
Ok I hate to say it, but even as a hockey fan I don't care much for this tournament. It's a race for the gold between Canada and the US anyway, but that's not my only issue with it. I understand that, at least in Canada, Women's Hockey is treated as something that's very separate from Men's Hockey... But in Sweden, female athletes are very keen on comparing themselves to their male counterparts, so I can't help but do the same: A STAR player like Hayley Wickenheiser has actually been testing out "Division 1", the third-tier mens league in Sweden. Even though that's dangerously close to being a beer-league (as in the difference in physique shouldn't be THAT great, so pure skill should be more of a factor), Wickenheiser was still not useful as anything other than a plugger. Now, Wickenheiser is leaps and bounds better than anyone on team Sweden, or any other team except the US for that matter. The players on Team Sweden or Team Finland wouldn't survive in Division 2, or even Division 3, and then we're REALLY talking beer-leagues! The quality of play in the couple of Women's games I've watched during this Olympics has been so soul-crushingly bad, that I'm completely done with the tournament already.
For me hockey is about being the best, and while it's fair enough to watch Women's Hockey to see who gets the gold, I just can't take it seriously when Team Sweden gets pounded by a bunch of male Canadian 15- and 16-year-olds in an exhibition game before the tournament, with the coach actually saying that he's happy they managed to "keep the score down so well". But eh, I'll post my predictions anyway just for the hell of it:
Gold: Canada (Because it's Canada, and the tournament is played in Canada.)
Silver: USA (Because they're the only other legit Women's Hockey nation.)
Bronze: Toss-up between Sweden and Finland. I'll say Sweden, because sometimes our goaltender doesn't completely suck.
Edit: And for the record I don't want to come off as if I'm hatin' on Women's Hockey, but it SERIOUSLY needs to be improved before I'll start watching it on a regular basis. I'm sure Wickenheiser might still have been held back by physical aspects when she played over here, but there's nothing wrong with Women's Hockey in North America. It's over here in Europe that it BADLY needs to see improvements, because as it is now it's just... sad. Although it's still hockey, it's not even fun to watch. :-/
Men's Hockey
Ah, now that's better.

Canada was off to a good start, and it's good that their stars got to score some points early on even though a big win against Norway doesn't say much. Norway stood up well for 1 period, but superior physique by the Canadians probably ran up the score a bit when the Norwegians were too tired to compete anymore.
The US has a young, but promising team. They looked pretty good against Switzerland, and a 3-1 win certainly isn't shabby by any means - especially if you consider the way Switzerland played in 2006 where they actually shut out Canada in a 2-0 win. The US definitely has potential to medal!
Russia was off to the same start as Canada: Their stars delivered against inferior opposition, but again, an inflated score against such a weak team doesn't say much.
Finland faced off against slightly tougher opposition than Canada or Russia, but Belarus actually looked extremely tame and uninspired in that game. Good for Finland to grab a win right away, but we probably won't see for sure where they stand until they face off against Sweden.
Sweden in turn did just enough to win their first game. Overall the team looks strong, but it has some weak links such as Johansson, and the fact that they only have one really good goaltender. That should still be enough though, assuming Lundqvist doesn't break. My personal doubts about Forsberg, Modin and Franzen have been erased though, as I mentioned in my post above. Germany is right up there with Switzerland in my mind, so a 2-0 win is just as good as the American's 3-1 win, though I'd rather have that shutout with the same goal differential, instead of one more goal scored.
The Czech Republic had an "ok" game, even though they won. They can do better, however, and beating Slovakia quite frankly isn't as prestigeous as it was, perhaps 6 or 7 years ago. No offense if any Slovakians read this, but I don't even consider them a top 7 nation anymore. They have some stars, but their depth is abysmal. The Czechs can definitely step up their play a couple of notches, but at the same time they have "proven" more with this win than any other top nation so far.
I'm not bold enough to make any predictions about the medals, because it looks extremely open to me, even though Canada and Russia certainly has an edge. But I'll post my "power rankings":
1a. Canada
1b. Russia
2. Sweden
3. Czech Republic
4a. USA
4b. Finland
5a. Slovakia
5b. Switzerland
5c. Germany
6. Belarus
7. Norway
8. Latvia
Also, if you read this far then I salute you!
