21/m in NW Indiana

As it says in the title, I am a 21 year old STRAIGHT male in Northwest Indiana. I am a tickler. I myself am not ticklish. I am looking to tickle any male or female 18-30 (or close to that). I myself am not ticklish, so I am not a lee at all.
