25 yo M - tickler, now ticklee!

I'm looking to meeting new people here in this forum. I'm 25, currently living in Louisiana, and very recently discovered that not only am I ticklish, but I'm very amenable to being the ticklee . . . for a change.

Ladies, if you're tired of the same people IM'ing you about meeting up to tickle you or just to see if you're hot, have I got something completely different for you.
