Don't know about the first two, but I think the third one is from the now shut down site of amateurspanishfeet.com. i recognize the guy in a few other videos tickling other models from that site.

oh damn its a "guy with the shit eating grin" classic...LOL! havent seen that one in ages...there were alot of laughs and debates about that last clip and ones like it back in the gool ol days. cant tell ya who made it though.

I think the first two clips are from James Darke and were originally posted about 10 years ago. He has a clip store now at http://www.clips4sale.com/store/5557 , but there are very few of his really old stuff in the store. I don't think these clips are there.
