Hi and welcome to Nova Scotia,

Tickle folks,while not necessarily rare, are somewhat spread out in the province, but Halifax does seem to have a fair number. Though, the female ones seem to prefer to stay hidden. But, you are within driving range of Halifax, so you might fare better as far as meeting some goes.
