I feel you on this, think we have all been there. I am similar with my mother in law, she not really that attractive but I have seen her soles when she has been on a sofa before and her feet and quite nice, and I’m sure they are ticklish. My girlfriend and I are both highschool seniors and we've been dating for a while now. Given we aren't too too close like that (she still really likes me) and that we're just awkward, I can't find a way to be able to get near those soles and properly be able to just observe them without drawing attention from my girlfriend or her.

I have absolutely no clue if she's ticklish, it's never been brought up at all so I'm kind of playing in the dark here.

I understand the urge to do what you want, but you should not pursue it. Your gf's mom, sister, friends, etc should be off limits. You can look if there's ever some thing to look at. But to have a plan to look and touch, nope. Just let it go man.

OP: I agree with @P[a]pi. It is not wrong to have not told your GF about your fetish yet, but it would be at the very least questionable to try to engage with her mother in that way without your GF and her knowing and being okay with it. If you feel the need to satisfy some of your fetish desires, this might be a good time to tell your GF instead of seeking it elsewhere. Fantasy should be considered independent of action and pursuit.
