4handed tickler, m/f

I never knew one tickler can have more than 2 hands. But there is a way how to achieve that! My creative tickler just inserted the electric toothbrushes in my pants to tickle my groins ( very good spot BTW ...) and used his free hands on other spots. I also never understood why he pays so much attention to my breasts when he tickles me 😎
