$50/hr to be tickled?

Just saw a Youtube video, supposedly real, where a young woman answers an ad to be tickled for an hour, with breaks, for $50. In an ideal world I'd gladly pay someone $50 to tickle them for an hour (or less), but how do you even MAKE such a proposition legally and without seeming uber-creepy?

(I could see the cyber-witch-hunters vice-patrol knocking my door down tonight just for this one post, let alone actually "propositioning" someone for real)

Very much like how you wouldn't ask someone to have sex with you for 50 bucks an hour. Unless of course there are prostitutes for that kind of thing...but that just seems unlikely.

However, with the crack down on Craigslist about sexually explicit ads, they've eliminated the Adult Gigs section. Went to Backpage after that. Craigslist was better, as there were more adults answering my ads.
And there was nothing creepy about it. No sex implied, so there were no legal lines crossed. It's just tickling.

You'd be surprised, most of them do, which is why they answered the ad. Some favorites came back for seconds and thirds. (There's also a thing called 'screening' and 'interviewing' which I guess you hadn't heard of.) Only that grumpy looking one in the middle didn't like it, so we went for the foot tease video instead. No seconds with her.

I didn't do the model release thing with these videos, so it's not like I can advertise and sell them. For the ones who had given their permission for me to post reports and pictures here, I included a clip or two that was shot with the digital camera. These clips were over the 10mb limit so I had to post through Rapid share, which after a while would be deleted from their site if no one downloaded the clip after two months. I wish I would have thought of model release forms when this was happening, but it's not like I was doing this to produce a product for sale.

Advertising (newspaper, or internet, even radio or t.v. if you have the cash). Or you seek out fetish models. That's how I would do it anyways :cool


As for being legal I don't think it's illegal at all, unless you ask for sex or something.
