A bit of nostalgia for the video game generation

Hey Flatfoot!

That TI computer...was it that tiny little thing with the flat keypad...it didn't look any bigger than you average hardcover book. I remember reading ads for it. At the time I was trying to get my dad to buy a computer, but he wasn't sure about this computer 'fad'..lolololololol.
I remember our family having a pong console with about five different games. Then...one of my teachers at school sold my dad his 2600 with about ten games. Wow! My addiction to videogames was officially started🙂

Ohhhh, okay, I remember that one now. It's not the one I was thinking of...the TI computer I was thinking of was in ads in Popular Science, was the size of a harcover book (barely), and had a flat keypad like the Atari 400.
That stainless steel chassis DID look way cool....didn't Atari copy the look somewhat when they released their 1200XL computer? Anybody?
